Do I still have a health guide?

Yes! All Firefly patients will continue to have a health guide on their care team.

How many visits can I have with my health guide?

In each calendar year, you can have up to 4 health guide visits for each diagnosed condition.

What happens if I book more than 4 health guide visits per condition in a calendar year?

Unfortunately, we’ll have to cancel any health guide visits that go over this limit. If you have a visit canceled, please message your health guide in the app to discuss your needs.

Why is Firefly capping health guide visits for each patient?

We want to make sure all Firefly patients have the opportunity to meet with our health guides and benefit from their expertise and guidance.

Is my health guide still available to chat with me through the app?

Yes! Your health guide will continue to be available to answer your questions and support you through the app’s chat feature.

What if I need more lifestyle support?

We’re happy to refer you to a behavioral health specialist, nutritionist, or other professional that can offer the lifestyle support that’s right for you.
