Provider resources

Firefly Health Plan works with multiple provider networks. If you are contracted with a network partner, you can accept Firefly members and claims will be paid at your contracted rate with that network. To verify a member’s specific network, please reference their ID card or visit the Provider Portal.

The fastest ways to check eligibility for a Firefly member are:

• EDI (270/271): ID 31441
• Provider Portal

Note: Electronic eligibility checks via Payer ID 31441 are only supported through Waystar, Experian, Stedy, and XFIN.

If you use any other clearinghouse (such as Availity or Change Healthcare) and cannot get a response, please try using Cigna's Payer ID: 62308, or visit the provider portal to check benefits directly.

Send claims electronically to the Payer ID noted on the back of the member's ID card. Or submit an HCFA 1500 (CMS-1500) form to the network-specific address on the back of the card.

Claims processing time can vary. We aim to process and pay all claims within 30 days or less.
