Background
My journey into healthcare began in the rural community where I grew up, where our local health system was truly at the heart of caring for our neighbors. I became a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school, and over the past two decades, I've dedicated my career to community-based care, growing from CNA to RN to Family Nurse Practitioner. That path has taken me wherever care was needed most — inclusion programs, community nursing education, hospice and palliative care, and patients' own homes. These experiences taught me that the best care meets people where they are. I joined Firefly to continue my passion for serving community members and walking alongside them as they navigate their healthcare journey.
