Your NP (Nurse Practitioner), will be the first to hop on a video call or answer your chats, so you’ll feel known and supported no matter what comes up.
Background
For the past 13 years, I have worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner, 10 of which, I have spent in primary care. When I first heard a patient tell me that they felt better, I knew I was exactly where I wanted to be. My career started in brick-and-mortar clinics caring for both insured and underserved communities. Those years grounded me in the importance of compassion, equity, and truly listening to each patient’s story.
During the pandemic, I transitioned into telehealth and discovered how fulfilling it is to deliver high-quality care no matter where a patient lives. I’m passionate about holistic care, helping individuals meet their health goals, and prioritizing preventative medicine to support long-term wellness. Listening deeply, staying organized, and creating a supportive environment are at the core of how I practice.

Favorite ordinary moment
As a Family Nurse Practitioner and mother, I cherish life’s “firsts” — whether it’s watching my sons experience new milestones or guiding patients through new chapters in their health journeys. I believe every ordinary moment holds significance.
