Firefly primary care members have exclusive access to Firefly Nearby. It's our custom network of clinics and in-home partners that deliver hands-on primary care to our primary care patients in combination with our team-based virtual primary care.

Our network of Firefly Nearby™ partners includes urgent care, retail clinics, in-home providers, and at-home testing.

Services offered through Firefly nearby include, but are not limited to:

• Vitals measurement
• Manual examinations (e.g. lungs, ears, chest, abdomen, pelvic, diabetic foot and eye exams, etc.)
• EKGs
• Point-of-care (POC) testing (e.g. COVID, rapid flu or step tests, urine dipstick tests)
• Sample testing (urethral and rectal swabs, urine culture, vaginal swab for vaginitis)
• Minor procedures (including nursing wound care, suture removal, earwax drainage, administration of certain medications)

In most cases, we’ll coordinate any labs, X-rays, or vaccines you need through in-network providers, including standalone labs (such as Quest or Labcorp), urgent care clinics, and pharmacies. We will always provide navigation to help you find convenient locations near you.
