Care-driven savings for your bottom line
Firefly is a clinically-integrated health plan. Founded as a value-based care provider, we operate on the conviction that high-quality upstream care generates cost control. And we’re willing to vouch for it.

Is the status quo costing you millions?
If your health plan strategy looks identical to last year’s, it’s not a safe choice—it’s a guaranteed loss. Traditional plans are built to process claims, not deliver health. It’s time for an alternative that addresses the root cause of rising medical spend.

Firefly utilizes Merative MarketScan Research Databases, the most widely available commercial benchmark in the industry. MarketScan provides comprehensive, patient-level healthcare claims data from over 300 million unique patient lives. Firefly’s performance represents 2025 claims paid through April 1, 2026, inclusive of IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported) estimates.
