Firefly Health Plan

The Firefly Health Plan may be new to you. Through the Firefly Health Plan, members have access to First Health’s National PPO Network. If you accept First Health, you can accept the Firefly Health Plan.

If you accept First Health, you can accept our plan. If you do not know if you are in network with First Health, or would like to receive your fee schedule please call their provider services line at: 1-800-226-5116 to confirm in-network status.

$0 or discounted member copay

A patient may arrive with a Care Pass. This waives or reduces the cost of the member’s copay. As the billing provider, you will be reimbursed for this amount once the claim is processed.
